We train to learn effective self-defense, increase our level of fitness and mental focus, become part of a community of caring friends, and develop resolve and resilience. Aikido training helps us overcome self-imposed limitations, both on and off the mat. Let us help you get started in your Aikido journey. Students of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome to join us.
We offer instruction by a certified teaching staff of over 20 black belts. We are charter members of Aikido World Alliance, an international aikido organization headed by A. Sato Shihan (7th dan, Aikikai).
